Many aspiring filmmakers face barriers to entry when it comes to pursuing a career in video production. At Filmboy Agency, we recognise the importance of diverse voices and talent behind the camera. That’s why we’re committed to creating opportunities for individuals who may not have had access to them before.
Through our trainee scheme, we’re excited to offer an introduction to the world of video production. Our trainees will have the chance to explore different departments and gain valuable industry insights, as well as build connections and contacts for future work.
We’re not just providing a foot in the door – we’ll also offer mentorship and support as our trainees navigate the early stages of their careers.
